  • SHIPPING
    We ship USPS First Class with $5.00 flat rate—all orders over $75 ship for free. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, within 24-72 hours of purchase. Made to order items require a longer processing time, which will be noted in the product description. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with the package tracking information. Most First-Class Mail will arrive in 3-5 business days after processing time. Each order is carefully packaged in a small branded gift box and shipped in a bubble mailer or box for protection. Multiple items will be packaged together. If you would like items packaged separately in their own gift boxes, please note it at checkout. Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure this information is correct. FiddleStitched is not responsible for stolen packages or lost packages due to an incorrect address, nor are we responsible for replacement shipping costs in such circumstances. If you realize your order contains incorrect info, please contact us as soon as possible using the Contact Us form. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING At this time, FiddleStitched does not ship internationally.

  • MATERIALS + CARE
    All of our jewelry is made by hand in Urbandale, Iowa, so no two items are ever exactly alike, but they'll be close! Due to the nature of how designs are created, the finished product may differ slightly than what is shown online. We use a variety of materials in our jewelry. Each item description will state which type of metals/materials are used in each piece. All gemstones are natural unless otherwise noted. Studs and acrylic dangles are made with high-quality resin. Sterling silver and gold-filled earring wires are lead free, nickel free and hypo-allergenic. If tarnishing occurs, polish with a silver cloth to shine them back up. Raw brass is naturally hypo-allergenic and nickel free. It will naturally darken or patina over time, so if you prefer your earrings super shiny, polish them with a silver cloth, Sunshine color or polishing pad. All resin jewelry is hand-poured, so no two items are exactly alike. Store your resin jewelry out of direct sunlight and do not submerse in water to preserve its beauty. Polymer clay studs use a titanium post and back, which are lead free, nickel free and hypo-allergenic. A stainless steel comfort back may be used on heavier earrings to keep earrings snug against your lobe so they don't flop forward. Polymer clay is durable and fade resistant when proper care is taken. Please store your jewelry out of direct sunlight and minimize exposure to excessive heat. While pieces are strong, please avoid bending or dropping as breakage can still occur. Clean your clay components by gently wiping with a damp cloth and buffing with a microfiber cloth. If tarnishing occurs, lightly polish metal components with a silver cloth to shine them back up. Do not use any chemicals to clean your jewels and remember not to swim, bathe, exercise in or run through massive rain storms with your goods on. Avoid contact with cleaning products, essential oils or fragrance. Store in a jewelry box or original packaging.
  • RETURNS + EXCHANGES
    First and foremost, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you aren't, please see the information below on returning/exchanging your goods. --------- Returns | If your online order does not meet your expectations you may return for a full refund within 2 weeks of receipt. Please note that clearance and custom items are final sale. Please contact us through our Contact Us page here with your order # and names of items you wish to return. Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging or they will not be eligible for a full refund. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment once we have received the return shipment less the cost of your our original shipping charges. Credit card returns usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Contact us with your order # and names of items you wish to return and we'll help you start the process. --------- Exchanges | We accept exchanges for any items purchased within one month of receipt. Please contact us with your order # and the items you’d like to exchange. Items exchanged for a lesser value will qualify for a refund to your original form of payment for the remaining amount.
